This Privacy Policy describes how Modern Macros for Confluence ("the App"), provided by Coding Corp ("we", "us"), handles information when you use the App within Atlassian Confluence.
The App stores a minimal amount of non-personal interface preference data. Specifically, for the Expand/Collapse macro, the App records whether a collapsible section is open or closed, on a per-user basis, so that each reader's preference is remembered across visits. This is a simple state value (open or closed) associated with a macro instance and a user identifier provided by Atlassian.
Macro configuration set by page authors (such as text, colors, and card content) is stored by Confluence as part of the macro's configuration. It is not collected or stored separately by us.
The App does not collect, store, or process personal data such as names, email addresses, or page content. The only data the App itself stores is non-personal interface state, as described above.
All data is stored within Atlassian's infrastructure using the Atlassian Forge hosted storage platform. The App runs entirely on Atlassian Forge and does not use any external servers, databases, or services. No data leaves Atlassian's infrastructure.
We do not share any data with third parties. The App makes no external network requests and does not transmit data outside of the Atlassian Forge platform.
Interface preference data stored by the App is removed when the App is uninstalled from your Confluence site, in line with the Atlassian Forge storage lifecycle.
The App relies on the security, isolation, and data residency capabilities provided by the Atlassian Forge platform. It carries the "Runs on Atlassian" designation, meaning it operates entirely within Atlassian's hosted environment.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
